We recommend the Lateral Slide Arms that come with the following adjustments:  Height, Arm post width, Fore/Aft, Arm pad width, Arm pad angle.  They are available upholstered in the same leather as the chair. 

Fixed height loop arms, polished aluminum with black inlay, are also a stylish option, though are not adjustable so they are not ergonomic.
