If you like full back support this is the chair for you. With a 28” tall back and adjustable lumbar you have plenty to lean into. The full adjustability of the chair lets you assume the exact position that is healthiest for you.
The most important feature for you to consider is which, if any, arms you want for the chair. If you are not having pain and you have a computer intensive jobs many experts recommend not using arms at all. If you are having discomfort in your neck, shoulders, or mid-back we recommend you use arms that you can rest on (not while you are actually working) without reaching up, down, or out to the side. For some people this can be done with height and width adjustable arms. For most having an arm that swivels allows optimum positioning.
