This is a good basic ergonomic chair best suited to people of medium or slightly larger build. It has the adjustability you need to fit your body but at a low price.
The most important feature for you to consider is which, if any, arms you want for the chair. If you are not having pain and you have a computer intensive jobs many experts recommend not using arms at all. If you are having discomfort in your neck, shoulders, or mid-back we recommend you have arms that you can rest on without reaching up, down, or out to the side. For some people this can be done with height and width adjustable arms. For most having an arm that swivels allows optimum positioning.
