The IU7pPD is the perfect high-back complement for Intensive Use applications that require an extra measure of toughness and reliability. Built with a heavy-duty structure and upholstered with memory foam in the seat and in fabrics that feature high double-rub counts, the IU79PD is ideal for any heavy use environment.
However, what really takes these chairs to another level, is a special layer of tough ballistic nylon that is applied over a portion of the lower backrest surface. This highly abrasion-resistant material is the same type that is used by luggage manufacturers because of its industrial strength. This helps protect against the abrasion of holsters, belts, etc.
We recommend the optional swing-away arms. These unique arms allow you to fold one or both arms down to be out of the way of holsters, utility belts, etc.

Fabric note: Due to heavy-duty needs of this chair the fabrics available for this model are limited to any of the Decorative and the first 4 Standard fabrics. There is not price difference in fabrics for this chair. Most users prefer the Decorative fabrics.
