Revolutionary design supports your hand in a fully upright handshake position that eliminates the forearm twisting required by ordinary mice. It does not encourage the carpal tunnel to be compressed on the hard desk and the wrist to be bent toward the ceiling (risk factors for carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, & overuse.)
An ordinary mouse causes an awkward palm down position of the forearm. The bottom of the wrist usually rests on the desk and this compresses the nerve in the carpal tunnel. The diagram to the right compares the two positions.

- Speed toggle – cycle among 3 pointer speed settings with a keyboard shortcut or mouse button. For example, a high speed for ordinary tasks and a slow speed for graphic work.
- Auto click – automatically perform single or double click by pausing the mouse. You can adjust the time delay for activation. Less clicks = less injuries.
- Click lock – press and hold a mouse button momentarily to simulate without holding down the button. Helps reduce strain for functions like highlighting text or cells in spreadsheets to cut and paste.
- Break reminder – Visual or audio alerts to remind you to take breaks.
